Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival The Portsmouth "Maritime Folk Festival presents traditional American and English folk music. Since the autumn of 2000, we have celebrated our local and national heritage of seafaring and maritime trades by taking nautical songs and music to the restaurants, pubs, cafes, churches and streets of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The festival is held on the last weekend in September, with free events both Saturday and Sunday. Our 17th annual festival was a wonderful celebration of folk music, maritime history, and the classic Age of Sail; we look forward to more good times and great music ahead. The 18th annual festival will be held the last weekend of September, 2017."

Mystic Seaport Sea Music Festival June 8-11, 2017: "Mystic Seaport is proud to host its annual Sea Music Festival, one of the world's premier sea music events, June 8-11, 2017.
