1992: "Wiawaka Bateaux Cluster" Listed on National Register of Historic Places

In 1992, Bateaux Below members completed the underwater archaeology mapping and the seven shipwrecks of the "Wiawaka Bateaux Cluster" were listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the first shipwrecks in Lake George with that noteworthy designation.
